- Customer received order, but item(s) are defective/damaged upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
- Manufacturer Defect - We or the manufacturer will arrange replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, We will pay for all return shipping.
- Shipping damage - We will replace damaged items at NO additional shipping or handling costs.
- Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned to us as undeliverable
- We will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.
- Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
- We will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned to us (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Addition restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resalable condition.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax.
PROCESSING
All orders will be processed and ship 1-3 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. All orders placed after 5pm (Central Time) will not be received until the following business day
